Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily yoga sessions for individuals or groups
  • Design customized yoga routines based on fitness levels and needs
  • Guide participants on proper techniques, breathing, and posture
  • Promote physical and mental well-being through yoga practices
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment during sessions

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Certification in Yoga or relevant training
  • Strong knowledge of yoga techniques and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide participants
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred
