Job Summary
A well-established Plastic Manufacturing Factory located in Federal “B” Industrial Area, Karachi is looking for a MALE Warehouse Officer to join our team.
Role and Responsibilties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system.
- Organize and store materials to maximize warehouse space and ensure easy accessibility.
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders according to delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or shortages to management.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (where authorized).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar field
- Minimum Intermediate
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should be Hardworking and Dedicated
- Good command on Microsoft Office specially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good at Calculations and Numbers
- Should be able to work in tough environment
