Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Regularly update inventory databases.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock taking and reconcile with records.
  • Check and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
  • Verify delivery notes, goods receiving Notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Issue materials and equipment as per approved requisitions.
  • Maintain records of items issued and update inventory.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Handle hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
  • Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and requisition status reports.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors.
  • Liaise with procurement, accounts, and project departments for stock requirements.
  • Forecast material requirements based on consumption trends.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and records.

Subject to 24-hour callout and occasionally serve as on-call supervisor. May be required to stay on site. May be scheduled to work backshifts, weekends, or holidays.

Required Skills

Qualification and EXPERIENCE.

  • FA/FSc (Intermediate) qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication in Urdu and English and proficiency in Local Languages also.
  • A good understanding of the national electrical standards will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel to remote areas.
  • Experience in Store Keeping.
