Job Summary

A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
  • Present menus and explain food and drink options
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
  • Set up tables before service and arrange them properly
  • Handle bills and process payments
  • Assist in maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service
  • Handle customer complaints politely and professionally

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred
