Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
Present menus and explain food and drink options
Take accurate orders and communicate them to kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Set up tables before service and arrange them properly
Handle bills and process payments
Assist in maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to serve customers in a timely manner
Good personal grooming and hygiene
