Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent table service, ensure guests have a positive dining experience, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or concerns politely
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
