We are looking for a polite, hardworking, and customer-oriented waiter to join a hotel or restaurant team in Gilgit. The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
Role and Responsiblities:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain available food and beverage items.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure customers receive the correct orders.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
Arrange tables and prepare the dining area before customer arrival.
Respond politely to customer questions and requests.
Handle customer complaints professionally and inform management when necessary.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
Follow restaurant and hotel service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a welcoming environment.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum education: Middle or Matric preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a polite, friendly, and professional attitude.
Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
Ability to take orders and serve customers efficiently.
