Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when requested.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service.
  • Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.
  • Prepare and arrange tables before service and clear tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Process customer bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus
