Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets standards.

  • Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

  • Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Follow health and safety regulations, including hygiene and sanitation standards.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.

  • Good physical stamina for standing and walking for long periods.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
