Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer requests or complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Process bills and handle payments (cash/card).
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and well-presented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Good memory and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for billing and payments.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
