Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests or complaints politely and efficiently.
- Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process bills and handle payments (cash/card).
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
