Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations when necessary.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen or bar promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Prepare and deliver checks to guests and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and cleaning spills as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Uphold company standards for excellent customer service at all times

Required Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
