Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus, take orders and answer questions about menu items
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Required Skills


  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
