Job Summary

AKES, Pakistan - Education Office, Gilgit, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the following positions:

The Vocational Trainee Teacher (VTT) positions are available for Pre-Primary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Applicants must have a minimum qualification of F.Sc. or B.A.; higher qualifications are preferred.
• Both males and females can apply, with preference given to female candidates.
• Must be permanent residents of the listed Local Councils and committed to serving AKES, Pakistan for at least one year after completing Field-Based Training.
• Candidates should have a passion for teaching as a career.
• Those with two years of prior service as Vocational Trainee Teachers are not eligible.

3. Punial/Ishkoman Region: (Gahkuch, Damas, Singal, Chatorkhand, Ishkoman, Immit, Sherqilla,
4. Gupis Region: (Gupis, Pingal, Phander, Gulaghmuli)
5. Yasin Region: (Silgan, Thoi, Sultanabad, Yasin)

 

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a Computer-Based Test (CBT), and selection will be based on CBT and interview performance. Candidates should apply online via www.akespcareers.org

 

 

General Instructions/Information

• Selected candidates will be appointed as vocational teachers for AKES, Pakistan schools for the 2026–2027 academic year, following a rigorous selection process.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.
• Candidates must ensure accurate and complete information in the application form, as any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
• AKES, Pakistan reserves the right to cancel any or all positions without notice.
• Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.18,000/- during the contract period, starting from the placement date in a school.
