Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant who can help the Creative Director with marketing, communications, scheduling, and invoicing.
Marketing
- Simple website creation and maintenance: Build a simple website using a website builder like WordPress or Wix. Update website with new courses, classes, pictures.
- Facebook posts and updates: Manage presence on social media with pictures and descriptions. Also use Facebook for announcements.
Communications
- Help manage communications with stakeholders over various channels, including WhatsApp and email.
Scheduling
- Maintain schedule and to-do list.
Invoicing and simple finances
- Create invoices for students and monitor their payments
- Simple spreadsheet work to keep track of monthly income and expenses
Required Skills
- You are organized and good at building systems of organization for yourself and for a busy executive. You are skilled at using basic office tools like email and calendar.
- You are a creative type that has an eye for detail to make marketing materials like a poster for a new class or performance. We use Canva, a simple design tool for making our materials.
- You will be kind and friendly to match the energy that we encourage and power our work. Mostly, you enjoy life and have fun doing whatever you do!
