Virtual Assistant (Insurance Agency Support) 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our insurance agency. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with numbers, highly organized, and experienced in managing data within CRM platforms.
The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting internal operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with client and carrier communications.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and manage data in the Insurance Agency CRM / management platform
  • Review and process complex insurance application forms and accurately record information in the CRM
  • Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze operational data
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
  • Assist with policy documentation, submissions, and record management
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the insurance agency
  • Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and business information

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and business partners
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
  • Prior experience working in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with insurance agency management systems (AMS)
  • Experience handling insurance applications, underwriting submissions, or policy documentation
  • Previous experience working as a virtual assistant or operations assistant
