Job Location:

Mohammedi Girls School, Malir City, Karachi.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal in driving the school’s vision, strategic direction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead and monitor curriculum development, teaching quality, and student achievement to ensure high standards of learning outcomes.
  • Oversee assessment, recording, reporting, and target-setting processes, ensuring effective tracking of student progress.
  • Act as an exemplary instructional leader and role model, mentoring staff and promoting professional development.
  • Ensure effective school operations including timetable management, staff cover, discipline, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, government bodies, and internal departments to ensure compliance, communication, and smooth functioning.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment while supporting recruitment, induction, appraisal, and resource planning.
  • Effective communication and liaison with parents for academics and financial matters.

Required Skills

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in any discipline (M.Ed preferred).

  • 4–6 years of experience in teaching and a management role within the education sector.
  • Experience working with the Aga Khan Examination Board (AKEB) will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
