Job Summary

UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, and other digital products. The role involves understanding user needs, creating design concepts, developing prototypes, and collaborating with development and product teams.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and provide a consistent user experience across different devices.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Analyze user feedback and make design improvements based on findings.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and modern UX/UI best practices.
  • Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.
  • Review implemented designs and ensure the final product matches the approved designs.
  • Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, tools, and industry standards.
  • Perform other design-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar design role is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, user interface, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
  • Good understanding of user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Creative and analytical approach to solving design problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
