Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Online Bidding Specialist) to join our growing team at Hyper Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and acquiring new clients from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing/job portals.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project scopes and prepare proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience in online bidding (Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr/LinkedIn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, and Software Solutions.
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals and negotiate with clients.
  • Good understanding of international markets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
