Search and apply to relevant Upwork jobs daily
Write customized, high-converting proposals
Communicate with clients professionally
Follow up on proposals
Maintain bid tracking sheet
Coordinate with internal team after project confirmation
Skills and Qualification:
Proven Upwork bidding experience
Strong proposal writing skills
Good English communication
Understanding of Fiverr/Upwork marketplace
Lead generation knowledge
Basic understanding of our services (Bookkeeping, DevOps, Design, Marketing)
