Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Scan Upwork daily to identify high-potential web development and marketing projects.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft tailored, persuasive, and jargon-free bids that directly address client pain points (avoiding generic copy-paste templates).
  • Profile Management: Maintain a strong agency presence; you will also be quietly tasked with initializing and optimizing a new ID on Upwork to scale our outreach capacity.
  • Client Communication: Handle initial client responses, schedule discovery calls, and smoothly hand off hot leads to the technical team.
  • Target Tracking: Meet weekly and monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience bidding on Upwork specifically for IT, web development (WordPress, MERN, Shopify, etc.), and digital marketing services.
  • Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a sharp professional tone.
  • Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of web development frameworks and digital marketing strategies to accurately match project scopes.
  • Strategy: Ability to identify high-quality clients and avoid low-budget or fraudulent postings.
