Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web applications and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows and site maps to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Creating web designs that are user-friendly, effective, and appealing.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up to date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
• Responsible for designing web page layouts, logo design, and other design-reel

Required Skills

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• A passion for creating user-centric, visually appealing designs.
• 2+ years of experience designing for custom web apps and mobile applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Continuously self-educate on the latest trends and practices in Web & UI/UX.
• Understanding of design flows, user journeys, and interactions.
• They should also have a good understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and wireframing.

Job Type: Full-time

Timings: (6 pm to 3 am)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
