Job Summary

An Electrician Trainer teaches learners how to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems safely. The trainer gives practical training on wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment so that students can work as professional electricians or start their own work in the field.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and deliver training sessions on electrical systems, installation, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Conduct practical demonstrations and workshops to enhance hands-on skills of trainees.

  • Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with curriculum standards.

  • Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, practical tests, and examinations.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices during training.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to trainees to support their professional growth.
