Job Summary

A Beautician Trainer teaches learners different beauty skills such as skin care, hair styling, makeup, and salon management. The trainer helps students gain practical knowledge so they can work in beauty salons, start their own business, or provide professional beauty services.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training modules in beauty therapy, hair styling, skincare, makeup, and related areas.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical sessions.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments according to curriculum standards.
  • Evaluate and monitor trainees’ performance through assignments and practical tests.
  • Provide personalized guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to students.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, tools, and techniques and integrate them into training.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards during all training activities.
  • Maintain beauty tools, equipment, and training space in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance course content and improve training quality.
