Role and  Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement operations, vendor follow-ups, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks & support GRN processes.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatches and receiving.
  • Track deliveries, lead times, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain supply chain documentation, logs, and reports.
  • Support demand planning, material forecasting & stock replenishment.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates in ERP/Excel tracking sheets.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • BBA / BCom / BS Supply Chain / Relevant degree
  • Strong command on Excel & documentation
  • Analytical mindset with good coordination skills
  • Interest in procurement, logistics & inventory management
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
