Role Overview
An office-based role for engineering graduates who excel in coordination, documentation, and technical
support. You will support the front-line sales team by preparing quotations, BOQs, product selections, and
order follow-ups.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical comparisons & costing sheets.
  • Assist the sales team in technical and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement & finance for order execution.
  • Manage daily reports, CRM entries, and customer coordination.
  • Respond to client queries and support timely dispatches.
  • Maintain accuracy in all sales documentation and records.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • BE/BSc Electrical Engineering
  • Good documentation and MS Office skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up habits
  • Interest in commercial/office-based roles
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
