Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tractor Mechanic located in Karachi.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The Tractor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, heavy equipment, and related machinery.
• Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment functions efficiently.
• The role requires hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Execution of Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and related machinery, ensuring optimal performance
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical and mechanical issues effectively
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment, specifically related to tractors
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teams and clients
• Ability to work in an on-site setting and effectively manage tools and resources
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or automotive repair is preferred
