Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Record and monitor employees’ attendance, working hours, and overtime
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records and databases
  • Track leave requests, absences, and late arrivals
  • Generate regular attendance and timekeeping reports for management
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Identify and report discrepancies in time records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding working hours and leave

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Prior experience in timekeeping, HR, or administrative support is a plus
  • Proficiency in timekeeping software or MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
