Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Record and monitor employees’ attendance, working hours, and overtime
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records and databases
- Track leave requests, absences, and late arrivals
- Generate regular attendance and timekeeping reports for management
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing
- Identify and report discrepancies in time records
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding working hours and leave
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Prior experience in timekeeping, HR, or administrative support is a plus
- Proficiency in timekeeping software or MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
