Job Summary

Titans Corporation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Assistant to support our TikTok account and sales activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in e-commerce and work with online marketplace platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily tasks related to managing the TikTok account
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate
• Monitor orders and coordinate with the inventory team to keep stock levels updated and avoid shortages
• Support product research and listing ideas using your knowledge of Amazon Private Label
• Prepare basic reports on sales, inventory, and performance
• Keep account information, product details, and records organized and up to date
• Support customers with inquiries, returns, and feedback when needed
• Stay updated on TikTok policies, trends, and competitor activity to improve operations

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Amazon Private Label
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or administrative support
• Strong organizational and communication skills with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online systems
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, product listings, and inventory updates (preferred)
