Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Female Ticketing Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will assist customers with travel reservations, ticket bookings, fare quotations, and customer support. Training on ticketing software will be provided by the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle airline ticket reservations and bookings.
  • Provide fare quotations to customers.
  • Assist clients with ticket issuance, rebooking, and cancellations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
  • Manage emails and basic office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding travel schedules and requirements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com); Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
  • Good communication and customer dealing skills.
  • Ability to learn ticketing software and reservation systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
