Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle ticket bookings, rebooking, and cancellations
  • Assist customers with travel or event inquiries
  • Issue tickets through reservation systems
  • Maintain accurate customer records and payment details
  • Resolve ticketing problems and customer complaints
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, or event organizers
  • Prepare daily sales and booking reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and fare rules

Required Skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of ticketing/reservation systems
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of fares, routes, and travel policies (for travel roles)

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
  • Experience in customer service or ticketing
  • Familiarity with systems such as:
    • Amadeus
    • Galileo
