Prepare daily sales and booking reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and fare rules
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of ticketing/reservation systems
Basic computer and typing skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of fares, routes, and travel policies (for travel roles)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
Experience in customer service or ticketing
Familiarity with systems such as:
Amadeus
Galileo
