Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for internal SaaS applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the software.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
  • Support developers in designing and building complex end-to-end test scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a QA or test support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
