Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for internal SaaS applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the software.
Conduct regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
Support developers in designing and building complex end-to-end test scenarios.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a QA or test support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
