Bombay Nimco Bakers & Sweets is looking for a Telesales / Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, take orders, promote bakery and food products, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for following up with customers and supporting sales growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Take and accurately record customer orders for bakery items, sweets, nimco, snacks, and other products.
• Provide customers with information about products, prices, availability, promotions, and delivery options.
• Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal items.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and inquiries.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, delivery, and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, calls, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.
• Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call center, or food/retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good convincing and sales skills.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
• Customer-focused, polite, and professional attitude.
