Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using an automated dialing system or manual dialing.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and conduct post-sale follow-ups as needed.
  • Adhere to telesales scripts and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve performance and share best practices.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and enthusiastic phone presence.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
