Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using an automated dialing system or manual dialing.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and conduct post-sale follow-ups as needed.
Adhere to telesales scripts and comply with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to improve performance and share best practices.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and enthusiastic phone presence.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
