• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Accurately record customer interactions in CRM
• Gain in-depth product knowledge to effectively pitch solutions

• Experience in tele sales/similar role (preferred, not essential)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong sales mindset with resilience to handle rejection
• Basic technical know-how and familiarity with CRM tools
