Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote internet packages and postpaid SIM card options
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the database
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales
  • Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
