Job Opportunity in Commercial Bank
Job Purpose To lead and supervise the Compliance Risk Management unit in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risk across the bank using automated CRM system
Role and Responsibilities
Ensure effective implementation of Compliance Risk Management (CRM) system in accordance with SBP CRM Framework
Monitor SBP website for new circulars/instructions/guidelines, and maintain and update the compliance risk repository in CRM system
Perform inherent risk assessment whenever new regulation is issued/amended, and disseminating / tagging it to the respective department through CRM system
Provide guidance/assistance to Line management while designing compliance control against the risk identified during regulatory risk assessment
Review adequacy of compliance controls against identified regulatory compliance risk, and ensure adequate controls are added in control repository in CRM system
Maintain effective coordination with Operational Risk Management Unit (ORMU), and provide feedback on appropriate capturing of regulatory risk in RCSA exercise conducted/validated by ORMU.
Perform / assist in other activities (if any) assigned by line manager / Head Regulatory Compliance / CCO, from time to time.
