Role and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver structured lessons in English and Urdu as per the curriculum
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and exams
Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic progress
Create an inclusive, disciplined, and student-centered classroom environment
Support students with language difficulties and provide extra guidance when required
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and language confidence
Skills and Qualification:
Master degree in English, Urdu, Education, or a related field
Teaching certification (preferred)
Strong command of both English and Urdu languages
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to engage students using interactive teaching methods
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques
