Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver lesson plans according to the curriculum.
  • Teach subjects in an engaging, clear, and structured manner.
  • Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class activities.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful classroom environment.
  • Provide individual attention and support to students who need extra help.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
  • Prepare teaching materials, classroom activities, and visual aids.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and grades.
  • Encourage student participation and promote critical thinking.
  • Identify and address any learning or behavioral issues.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
  • Stay updated with new teaching methods, techniques, and curriculum changes.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good classroom management and leadership abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward students.
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching methodology understanding.

  • Ability to handle diverse classrooms and adapt teaching style.
