Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans according to the curriculum.
- Teach subjects in an engaging, clear, and structured manner.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful classroom environment.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who need extra help.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Prepare teaching materials, classroom activities, and visual aids.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and grades.
- Encourage student participation and promote critical thinking.
- Identify and address any learning or behavioral issues.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
- Stay updated with new teaching methods, techniques, and curriculum changes.
