Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to curriculum standards
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and activities
- Provide individualized support to students with different learning needs
- Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, respectful learning environment
- Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and independent thinking
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
- Stay updated with educational best practices and subject knowledge
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master’s preferred for higher levels)
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students
- Classroom management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to diverse student needs and learning styles
- Teaching certification/license as required by local regulations
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly valued
