Provide technical support and resolve system, software, and hardware issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
Monitor system performance and ensure network and server reliability
Troubleshoot user problems and provide timely solutions (onsite and remote)
Document issues, solutions, and system configurations for reference
Collaborate with IT teams to improve infrastructure and security
Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required
Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Experience with system administration, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with IT tools, monitoring systems, and ticketing platforms
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities for user support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or ITIL are an advantage
