Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve system, software, and hardware issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network and server reliability
  • Troubleshoot user problems and provide timely solutions (onsite and remote)
  • Document issues, solutions, and system configurations for reference
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve infrastructure and security
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Experience with system administration, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT tools, monitoring systems, and ticketing platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities for user support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or ITIL are an advantage
