We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sweeper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that floors, walkways, and surrounding spaces are clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Role and Responsibilities
Sweep and clean floors, corridors, sidewalks, and designated areas
Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in proper containers
Remove dust, dirt, litter, and debris from assigned locations
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces (if required)
Report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Use cleaning tools and equipment responsibly and keep them in good condition
Skills and Qualification:
Ability to perform physical work such as sweeping, bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene practices
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends
No formal education required (basic reading skills preferred)
Prior experience in cleaning or sweeping is an advantage but not mandatory
Good attitude and willingness to maintain a clean and safe environment
