Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sweeper to maintain cleanliness and order in designated areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of trash to ensure a safe and clean environment for staff, visitors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep and clean floors, hallways, sidewalks, and outdoor areas.
Collect and dispose of trash, leaves, and other debris.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, entrances, and public spaces.
Notify management of any maintenance or safety issues.
Operate basic cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpans, and floor sweepers.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

May involve early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
Work is primarily done indoors but may include outdoor areas depending on the location.

Required Skills

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Must be thorough in cleaning tasks, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Time Management: Ability to complete assigned cleaning duties efficiently within set timeframes.
Basic Communication Skills: Must be able to understand instructions and communicate with supervisors or team members as needed.
1. Work Environment Flexibility: Willingness to work in different environments such as indoor facilities, streets, public spaces, or industrial sites.
2. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of and adherence to basic safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning tools and chemicals.
3. Experience (Preferred but not required): Prior experience in janitorial or sweeping work is an advantage.
