Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems in real time.
  • Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities.
  • Ensure safety and security of staff, customers, and property.
  • Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
  • Respond quickly to security alerts or emergencies.
  • Coordinate with security guards and management when needed.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in security or surveillance is preferred.
  • Basic computer and CCTV system knowledge.
  • Strong observation and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to stay alert for long periods.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
