Job Summary
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
- Coordinate with security guards, management, and law enforcement when required.
- Review and preserve CCTV footage for investigations.
- Conduct regular checks of surveillance equipment and report technical problems.
- Maintain confidentiality of security information and footage.
- Prepare incident reports and provide relevant information to management.
- Follow company security policies and emergency procedures.
Required Skills
Skills And Qualification:
- Previous experience in surveillance, security, or CCTV operations is preferred.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods.
- Basic computer and CCTV system knowledge.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Minimum education: Matric/Intermediate or equivalent, depending on the employer.
