Job Summary
Aroma 24/7 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain professional to oversee and manage end-to-end inventory operations for both our Karachi and Lahore branches. This role is critical in ensuring stock availability, cost control, and smooth inter-branch coordination.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The Supply Chain & Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing stock levels across both cities, ensuring optimal availability without overstocking or shortages.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for all Aroma 24/7 locations.
- Plan and coordinate stock replenishment between Karachi and Lahore branches.
- Track inward and outward movement of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to align supply with sales demand.
- Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical SKUs and recommend action plans.
- Ensure proper documentation for stock transfers, receipts, and adjustments.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and resolve variances.
- Support management with inventory analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and inventory controls.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management (retail or FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, stock control, and distribution processes.
- Good command of Excel and inventory management systems/software.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Karachi and Lahore when required.
