Job Summary

A leading manufacturer of Safety Gloves & Workwear is looking for a Packing Supervisor to join our production team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the packing team.
• Ensure products are packed according to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor packing operations to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide guidance and support.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper labeling, packaging, and product handling.
• Ensure packing materials and supplies are available and used efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of packing activities, production output, and inventory.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce workplace health and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized packing area.
• Train new employees on packing procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Experience in packing operations within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Minimum Intermedaite
• Strong supervision, coordination, and team management skills
• Ability to ensure packing targets, quality standards, and timely dispatches
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning & Night)
