Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• Supervise CSSD technicians in all activities related to the Central Sterile Supply Department
• Interact with end-users, gather feedback, and provide assistance regarding CSSD supplies
• Prepare daily staff assignments, create monthly rosters, and address daily staff issues
• Provide guidance to CSSD staff members, including developing and implementing training programs on sterilization techniques and compliance standards
• Supervise the inspection, cleaning, and repair of sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to CSSD activities
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

Skills an Qualification:

You should have:

• CSSD or Operating Room Diploma 
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience as CSSD / OR technician
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic software/programs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
