Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Student Counselor will work with students, parents, and educators to help students succeed academically and socially.
  • He/she will provide one-on-one guidance and help students set academic goals.
  • He/she will support academic development activities and provide skills assessment as and when needed.
  • He/she will prepare reports as required by the school and establish and supervise peer counselling and peer tutoring programs.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. ADCP certification is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in counselling at a reputable institution.
  • The individual should have expertise in child development, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
