Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan is seeking profile for the position of Student Counselor for SMS Aga Khan School, Pre-Primary

• The Student Counselor will work with students, parents, and educators to help students succeed academically and socially.
• They will provide one-on-one guidance, assist students in setting academic goals, support academic development activities, and provide skills assessments as needed.
• They will also prepare reports as required by the school and establish and supervise peer counseling and peer tutoring programs.

Required Skills

• The ideal candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
• ADCP certification is preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of counseling experience at a reputable institution.
• The individual should have expertise in child development, as well as effective and strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
