Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications of received items meet hotel standards.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Organize and manage the store to ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Coordinate with the Purchasing, Accounts, and Kitchen departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel store procedures.
Required Skills
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Store & Receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of inventory management and receiving procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with inventory software is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
