Roles And Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications of received items meet hotel standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Organize and manage the store to ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing, Accounts, and Kitchen departments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel store procedures.

Required Skills

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Store & Receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and receiving procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with inventory software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
