Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
- Store goods in an organized and safe manner
- Issue materials and supplies to relevant departments as per requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Prior experience as a store keeper or in inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
